Alimec produce automatic lines all around world for the industrial production of cakes and muffins; every line can be fully customized for meeting the needs of our customers.
Lines are customize to reach different production capacity (from 15.000 cakes/hour to your needs), assorted products (cake, muffin, pound cake, twinkie,…), several types of dough with one or two flavors, toppings as chocolate chips, sliced nuts, raisins, sugar, icing; furthermore, the products can also be injected vertically or horizontally with one or two different fillings as cream, jam, chocolate cream, caramel cream. Cooling devices and trays handling systems complete the line.
